RLS Direct Debit Solutions is a brand new feature which is sure to revolutionise the day to day running of your HOD business.  Few experts deny that Home and Office Delivery is a potentially lucrative sector which remains largely untapped. This sector today accounts for up to 40% of the US & Canadian HOD market. RLS Direct Debit Solutions is interfaced with existing and widely used Banking Data Base Software and enables distributors to accumulate all delivery notes to a given client before automatically producing an official invoice for all purchases and services once monthly. One of the module’s most significant strategic advantages is its ability to calculate your required mix of company owned and rented vehicles and of full time and sub-contracted or part time personnel during peak and off peak months. In this way by maintaining a minimum fleet of company owned vehicles and a given percentage of rented or sub-contracted vehicles or employees (determined by RLS’s Forecast Optimization Algorithm) you can forecast the number of vehicles, drivers, sub-contractors etc... your company will need to supply demand in any given month. As you can understand this module greatly increases driver productivity and vehicle utilization and improves your profitability substantially even in off peak months.
 
4 Client Intelligence

RLS’s sophisticated client data integration module now renders data analysis and reporting easier and more flexible. Multi Dimension Analysis will allow fundamental data crossing according to various filter criteria (client, city, zip code, date, machine type, sales representative etc...). Customer queries are preset and analysis criteria is user configurable.
