4 Invoicing Management The Invoice Management Feature enables Invoicing directly from contracts or free installations, as well as a consumption analysis by customer, depot, contract or machine. The new Automated Periodic Invoicing feature is particularly usefull for monthly or semestrial contracts. In addition, RLS is prepared to be interfaced with any accountancy software. 4 Stock Level Management
In addition a new feature has recently been designed to produces
automated documents (invoices, delivery notes...) associated with stock
control and pending invoicing. Invoicing directly from contracts or free
installations enables an analysis of product consumption per machine, per
customer, per depot or per contract. Additional features include Automated
Periodic Invoicing and solutions for Invoicing via Direct Debit. Invoicing
& Stock Control Solutions can be cross referenced with Pocket RLS
installed on Hand Held devices. |
